Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue labelling IgG4 with Recombinant IgG4 Antibody (Ab109630) at 1/100 dilution. The section was incubated with Ab109630 for 30 mins at room temperature. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 was used for antigen retrieval.
