Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human melanoma tissue labelling Melanoma gp100 with Recombinant Melanoma gp100 Antibody (Ab114930) at 1/100 dilution. The section was incubated with Ab114930 for 30 mins at room temperature. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 was used for antigen retrieval.
