Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human thymoma tissue labelling TdT with Recombinant TdT Antibody (Ab130629) at 1/100 dilution. The section was incubated with Ab130629 for 30 mins at room temperature. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 was used for antigen retrieval.
