Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human vermiform appendix tissue labelling VEGF Receptor 2 with Recombinant VEGF Receptor 2 Antibody (Ab134059) at 1/100 dilution. The section was incubated with Ab134059 for 30 mins at room temperature. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 was used for antigen retrieval.
