Return/Refund Policy: Cancellation and Incomplete Transactions

1. Cancellation Before Shipment:

Customers have the right to cancel an order before it is picked up by the designated shipper from Aladdin’s shipping point. In such instances, customers owe no payment to Aladdin.

2. Cancellation After Shipment but Before Acceptance:

If the order is picked up by the designated shipper but is canceled before acceptance of the products, customers may cancel by reaching out to Aladdin within the specified five (5) day Acceptance Period. In these cases, Aladdin will provide appropriate disposition instructions and may charge the customer for any incurred shipping expenses.

Product Returns Policy

All aspects of returns, replacements, and customer support are managed by Aladdin's customer service team under the following conditions:

1. General Returns:

Customers may return specified products to Aladdin within 60 days for replacement or adjustment, provided they secure a Return Material Authorization Number ("RMA Number") from Aladdin and cite this number on the return shipping documents. Products returned without an RMA Number will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

2. Credit Reversals:

Aladdin holds the authority to rescind any credit issued to customers for products:

Not returned post-authorization
Deemed non-defective upon return.

3. Credit Allocation:

Full credit will be granted for products received defective or not as per the order.
Partial credit is issued for products ordered erroneously with noted exceptions.

4. Hazardous Materials:

Any hazardous materials authorized for return must adhere to DOT and other applicable regulations regarding packaging, labeling, and shipping.

5. Non-Credit Eligible Products:

Aladdin will not grant credit for products that are:

Discontinued, personalized, or customized
Not purchased from Aladdin
Outdated, used, defaced, or unsuitable for resale
Opened reagents, diagnostics, or chemicals

Conditions:

All products returned due to customer error may incur additional charges for necessary inspection, reworking, or refurbishing, particularly for items not usually cataloged by Aladdin.

Aladdin's 60-Day Purchase Guarantee for U.S. Transactions

For Aladdin Products purchased within the U.S., we offer a generous 60-day return policy, allowing returns for any reason within 60 days of purchase for a full credit of the purchase price, excluding freight. However, this guarantee has certain exclusions:

Products not procured from Aladdin.
Opened reagents, diagnostics, or chemicals.
Goods priced at $1,000 or above.
Products shipped outside the United States.

Aladdin Scientific maintains the right to evaluate your status during disputes and reserves the authority to alter the terms of this guarantee at its discretion.

Product Warranty and Limitation of Liability

When you place orders on our website, they are subject exclusively to Aladdin's prevailing standard commercial warranty terms at the time of the order placement. These terms are made fully accessible to customers through Aladdin. We expressly warrant that the products delivered will substantially conform to the descriptions provided on our website.

EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY:

THIS REPRESENTS AN EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY. NO OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE PROVIDED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL ALADDIN, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS), UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN THE INSTANCE OF DELIVERING CUSTOM GOODS BASED ON YOUR PROVIDED INSTRUCTIONS, SPECIFICATIONS, OR DIRECTIONS, ALADDIN AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE LACK OF SUFFICIENCY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR QUALITY OF THE GOODS, TO THE EXTENT ARISING FROM SUCH PROVIDED INFORMATION.
