(S)-(+)-Ibuprofen (S)-(+)-Lysinate is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It is an optically active, selective cyclooxygenase inhibitor (IC50=14.9uM). Inhibits PGH synthase-1 and PGH synthase-2 with comparable potency.
