Product Description

Silica micropowder is refined from natural Bai Shiying and smelting Shi Ying through primary selection, crushing, grinding, purification, dehydration, classification and other processes. It has pure quality, white color and balanced particles. Its main characteristics are as follows:

1. Silica micropowder is a neutral inorganic filler with fine and balanced particles and can be made into ultrafine powder; It can be mixed with various epoxy resins, with good wettability, excellent adsorption characteristics and no agglomeration.

2. After adding silicon micropowder into the formula, the exothermic peak temperature, curing shrinkage and linear expansion coefficient of the cured epoxy resin can be reduced, and the internal stress can be reduced to effectively prevent the cured epoxy resin from cracking.

3. Adding silicon micropowder can improve hardness, increase thermal conductivity and reduce product cost.

4. Silica micropowder has fine particles, large specific surface area, remarkable suspension performance and no delamination, which can be effectively improved
