Application:

Sodium 1-hexanesulfonate is used as a base in the organic coupling reactions such as Suzuki coupling reactions. It is used as an ion pairing reagent for HPLC and involved in the analysis of peptides and proteins. It is also used in high performance capillary electrophoresis analysis of peptides.
