Product Description

Rabbit anti Human TGIF2 Antibody, Polyclonal, could be used for WB, IHC and so on.
Application:
WB: 1/1000
IHC:1/500
Protein Function:
Transcriptional repressor, which probably repress transcription by binding directly the 5'-CTGTCAA-3' DNA sequence or by interacting with TGF-beta activated SMAD proteins. Probably represses transcription via the recruitment of histone deacetylase proteins.

TGIF2 Antibody (Ab130920) - IHC
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human skin tissue using TGIF2 Antibody (Ab130920) performed on the Leica® BOND RXm. Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde at room temperature, antigen retrieval was by heat mediation with a EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). Samples were incubated with TGIF2 Antibody (Ab130920) (1/500) for 1 hour at room temperature. A undiluted biotinylated CRF Anti-Polyvalent HRP Polymer antibody was used as the secondary antibody.
