Product Description | Aladdin's UltraBio™ Green Fluorescent DNA Marker Dye (50X) contains is a concentrated, high-safety, high-sensitivity fluorescent dye, NA-Green (Nucleic Acid Green), to stain designed for DNA markers DNA after mixing with DNA markers (with loading buffer) with loading buffer added. It can be used by directly mixing it with the DNA marker at thea ratio of 1 Precautions: As a fluorescent dye, this product should be stored in the dark. Regular indoor light during use will not affect its performance. This product can be added directly into DNA Ladder for gel loading and electrophoresis. It is not recommended to reuse the gels after electrophoresis.Gels after electrophoresis can usually be observed directly with a gel imaging system. If the background is too high, wash gels with nuclease-free water. If DNA smear is observed or DNA could not be resolved well, we recommend gel staining after electrophoresis to determine whether the problem is due to the dye. If the problem still exists, other attempts can be tried, such as using freshly prepared buffer, reducing the amount of nucleic acid loaded, reducing the concentration of dye or agarose, using a longer gel, reducing the voltage for electrophoresis and extending the electrophoresis time. This product is compatible with commonly used electrophoresis buffers, such as TAE and TBE.This product is for R&D only. Not for drug, household, or other uses. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during the operation.Instructions for Use: 1. Adding dye to DNA marker: Mix this product with DNA marker at a ratio of 1:49 (e.g., add 1μl of this product into 49μl of DNA marker with the loading buffer added), and then load an appropriate volume for electrophoresis.Note: After addition of this product, the DNA marker should be stored in the dark at appropriate temperatures as required by the DNA marker.2. After electrophoresis, examine gels and take pictures by a gel imager. |
