    Basic Description

Product NameUltraBio™ Primary Antibody Dilution Buffer for Western Blot
    Product Description

Aladdin's UltraBio™ Primary Antibody Dilution Buffer for Western Blot is the latest generation of primary antibody dilution solution. Its overall performance is significantly better than traditional primary antibody dilution buffers based on BSA (bovine serum albumin) or skimmed milk powder, etc.UltraBio™ Primary Antibody Dilution Buffer for Western Blot saves primary antibodies effectively. Primary antibodies diluted with this product are stable at 4ºC for up to 1 month, and can be reused multiple times. The background of Western Blot is extremely low when Western membranes are incubated with primary antibodies diluted with this UltraBio™ Primary Antibody Dilution Buffer. This product does not contain serum and albumin, ensuring a very high signal-to-noise ratio.UltraBio™ Primary Antibody Dilution Buffer for Western Blot is compatible with secondary antibodies conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP), alkaline phosphatase (AP) or biotin. This product is biotin free, which makes it compatible with avidin/streptavidin systemsUltraBio™ Primary Antibody Dilution Buffer for Western Blot is flexible to use. This product is a ready-to-use liquid and can be directly used for dilution of primary antibodies. When 10ml of UltraBio™ Primary Antibody Dilution Buffer is used for each dilution, P0256-100ml is sufficient for 10 dilutions, and P0256-500ml is sufficient for 50 dilutions.

    Precautions

Use flat-tip tweezers to gently handle PVDF and NC membranes on the corners or edges to avoid producing any scrapes, creases or indentations on the surface of membrane.PVDF membrane, once infiltrated and activated, should be kept wet by placing the membrane in Western transfer buffer or washing buffer according to the Western Blot procedures. Otherwise, an abnormal background that is hard to be blocked may be produced. To improve the signal-to-noise ratio, we recommend using ’s QuickBlock™ Blocking Buffer for Western Blot and QuickBlock™ Secondary Antibody Dilution Buffer for blocking Western membranes and dilution of secondary antibodies, respectively. To enable the diluted primary antibodies to be reused as many times as possible, the primary antibody dilutions should be stored at 4ºC immediately after each use. This product is for R&D only. Not for drug, household, or other uses. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during the operation.

    Instructions for Use

    1. Refer to the instructions for the primary antibody used, dilute the primary antibody with the QuickBlock™ Primary Antibody Dilution Buffer at an appropriate ratio (1:1000 or 1:500, etc), depending on the amount of target proteins in the sample. 2. Add sufficient primary antibody dilutions to cover the membrane for incubation. For detailed Western Blot procedures, please visit our website at http://www.aladdin-e.com/support/western.htm.3. After incubation, recover the primary antibody dilutions and store at 4ºC immediately for future use.
