Product Description

Aladdin's UltraBio™ Tris-Acetate SDS Running Buffer (20X) is specially developed for UltraBio™ Tris-Acetate Precast PAGE Gel products to resolve high molecular weight proteins.The Tris-Acetate gel system is commonly used to resolve large size proteins (40-500kDa), with good resolution effect, high transfer efficiency, and high sensitivity [1].This product is a 20X solution prepared with high-quality Tris, MES, SDS and other reagents. Before use, dilute it into 1X with distilled water, without the need of pH titration.This product contains SDS and is suitable for denaturing gel electrophoresis.When this product is used in conjunction with UltraBio™ Tris-Acetate Precast PAGE Gel for High Molecular Weight Protein and UltraBio™ LDS Sample Buffer (4X) , proteins are resolved as flat, clear, delicate and sharp bands.This product can be recovered and reused 1-2 times as a running buffer in the outer chamber. However, for best protein separation results, we do not recommend reusing the running buffer.

Precautions：

This product is specially designed for resolving large or medium size proteins with Tris-Acetate polyacrylamide gels, but not polyacrylamide gels of other buffer systems.When using this product for reducing sample electrophoresis, it is necessary to add Antioxidant (400X) to the running buffer inner chamber to prevent proteins from re-oxidization during electrophoresis.This product is for R&D only. Not for drug, household, or other uses.For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during the operation.

Instructions for Use：

1. Prepare 1L of 1X Tris-Acetate SDS Running Buffer by mixing 50ml of Tris-Acetate SDS Running Buffer (20X) and 950ml of distilled water. 2. For reducing protein electrophoresis, add 0.5ml of Antioxidant (400X) (, P0737) to approximately 200ml of 1X Tris-Acetate SDS Running Buffer in the inner chamber, and stir appropriately.3.
