V5 tag antibody at 1.0 µg/mL was used as the V5 tag Mouse mAb (Ab133823) and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Fc specific) was used as the secondary antibody. Lane 1: HEK293 lysate (transfected with V5 tagged CDA at C-terminus).Lane 2: V5 tagged protein immunoprecipitated from the same lysate as Lane1.
