Components

Rich in free amino acids (especially glutamic acid and alanine), peptides (especially rich in small peptides), B vitamins, nucleic acids, nucleotides, and other nutritional factors

Application

As a high-efficiency organic nutrient source for the cultivation of difficult-to-cultivation and auxotrophic or severe microorganisms, for example, for the rapid identification and cultivation of mycoplasma, influenza and Haemophilus parainfluenzae, preparation of diphtheria, tetanus antigen culture medium, etc. It is used as a nutrient supplement or supplement for serum-free cell culture medium in cell culture applications.

Directions

After opening the product, it can be directly added in proportion or formulated into a certain concentration solution, and added in proportion to use after filtration and sterilization. The unused products shall be sealed and preserved immediately. Recommended dosage: 0.5%-1.5% (w/v) for animal mycoplasma culture; 1%-2.5% (w/v) for avian mycoplasma culture.
