Product Description

Aladdin's Yeast RNA is total RNA extracted from yeast.Yeast RNA is mainly used as a substrate for the study of ribonucleases such as ribonuclease-A and ribonuclease T1.Yeast RNA can also be used as a blocking agent during in situ hybridization of nucleic acid probes to reduce non-specific binding of probes and enhance the assay sensitivity.Yeast RNA can also be used in RNA immunoprecipitation experiments for pre-incubation of Protein A agarose beads to block non-specificity from the beads.Purified Yeast RNA (DNase, RNase & Protease free) can be used as Carrier RNA for the precipitation of nucleic acids at low concentrations, which can significantly improve the precipitation of nucleic acids.


Precautions

This product should be handled with care to avoid RNAase contamination. RNase-free pipette tips and containers should be used.RNA precipitated using this product can not be used for nucleic acid kinase assays subsequently, because Yeast RNA will compete with the target RNA as a substrate.This product is for R&D only. Not for drug, household, or other uses.For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during the operation.


Instructions for Use

1. This product is provided in power form. Before use, it should be reconstituted into a 1 mg/ml stock solution with DEPC water or TE buffer. Aliquot the stock solution and store sealed at -20℃ or lower. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.2.
