Product Description | 7,8-Dihydroxyflavone hydrate is a tyrosine kinase receptor B (TrkB) agonist that binds to the extracellular domain of the receptor with a Kd value of 320 nM. It also inhibits glutamate-triggered apoptosis in hippocampal neurons in vitro. |
