Product Description	Product Describtion: 7β,27-dihydroxycholesterol is a substrate for enzyme 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenases (11β-HSDs). Product Application: 7β,27-dihydroxycholesterol has been used as an internal standard in ultra-performance liquid chromatography -tandem mass spectrometer (UPLC-MS/MS). It has also been used as a substrate for 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenases (11β-HSDs) in human embryonic kidney cells (HEK293).
