Ageladine A, TFA is trapped in cells and organelles via hydrophobic interactions on the inner side of membranes. It exhibits long-term stability due to limited metabolization, which causes slow photobleaching. Ageladine A, TFA is an angiogenesis inhibitor, and also inhibits the matrix metalloproteinases MMP-1, -2, -8, -9, -12, -13 and the kinases Tyk2, Dyrk2, Dyrk1A, and Rsk-1.
