beta Actin Mouse mAb (Ab155822) - ICC/IF
IF analysis of beta Actin (green) in HeLa cells. The cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol for 5 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with beta Actin Mouse mAb (Ab155822) at 1/2000 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (green). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue). Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.

beta Actin Mouse mAb (Ab155822) - Flow Cytometry
Flow analysis of beta Actin (red line) in HeLa cells. The cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol for 5 minutes. Cells were stained with beta Actin Mouse mAb (Ab155822) at 1/2000 dilution for 1 hour at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (FITC) (Ab156254) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark . Unlabeled sample (black line) was used as a negative control.
