Product Description	BRL 44408 maleate is a selective α2A-AR antagonist. Adrenoreceptors, or adrenergic receptors are G protein-coupled proteins involved in a variety of sympathetic activities. In general, α2A-AR has been associated with regulation of neurotransmitter release from sympathetic nerves. BRL 44408 maleate studies show associated increases hippocampal noradrenaline release following systemic administration.
