Flow Cytometry analysis of human peripheral blood lymphocytes labelling CEA/CD66e with CEA/CD66e Mouse mAb (Ab092849) (right panel) at 0.2 μg/mL for 1 hour at 4°C, compared with mouse IgG (Ab170221) - Isotype Control (left panel) and detected with Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (PE) (Ab179006).

CEA/CD66e Mouse mAb (Ab092849) - Flow Cytometry
Flow Cytometry analysis of human peripheral blood lymphocytes labelling CEA/CD66e (red) with CEA/CD66e Mouse mAb (Ab092849) at 0.2 μg/mL for 1 hour at 4°C. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (PE) (Ab179006) at a dilution of 1/1000 was used as the secondary antibody. Blue - Isotype control, mouse IgG (Ab170221). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
