Product Description | This lithium chloride precision solution (hereinafter referred to as LiCl) is a transparent liquid, which can be used at any time without adding other reagents. LiCl is a strong dehydrating agent, which can reduce the solubility of RNA. Therefore, RNA transcribed in vitro will form precipitation in high concentration LiCl solution, which can be separated by centrifugation. This product can remove most proteins and free nucleotides in RNA transcription samples. Product features 1. High recovery rate: the recovery rate can reach more than 90%; 2. No obvious fragment selectivity; 3. Simple operation: the whole operation process can be completed in 1H. Storage temperature 2-8℃。 Quality assurance This product does not contain endonuclease, exonuclease and RNase residues after testing Matters needing attention This product may have a little precipitation before use, which can be resuspended at 37 ℃. The precipitation does not affect the RNA precipitation effect of this product. RNA concentration greater than 400ng/ μ L is the best. RNA less than 300nt or concentration less than 100ng/ μ L, effective precipitation cannot be obtained by this method. |
