Product Description | Nicardipine hydrochloride is the hydrochloride salt preparation of Nicardipine and a potent L-type calcium channel protein inhibitor. Nicardipine is described to alter cytochrome P-450 3A expression through induction of CYP3A. Nicardipine blockade of Ca2+ channels has been correlated to antihypertensive effects. |
