Basic Description Synonyms 121055-10-5 | Sdz pco 400 | PCO-400 | PCO 400 | (3S,4R)-3-hydroxy-2,2-dimethyl-4-(3-oxocyclopenten-1-yl)oxy-3,4-dihydrochromene-6-carbonitrile | SDZ-PCO-400 | (3S,4R)-3-Hydroxy-2,2-dimethyl-4-((3-oxocyclopent-1-en-1-yl)oxy)chromane-6-carbonitrile | sdzpco400 | Sdz pco-40 Storage Temp Room temperature Shipped In Normal Product Description PCO 400 is an analog of comakalim and a selective and potent ATP-sensitive K|+|channel opener. It has been shown to evoke relaxation of isolated airway smooth muscle in a dose-dependent manner. Upon intravenous injection, transient inhibition of histamine-induced bronchospasm was effected. Inhaled as a dry powder, it can suppress the development of allergic airway hyperreactivity to histamine.
