Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue labelling CD1a with CD1a Mouse mAb (Ab094106) at 1/400 dilution. The section was incubated with Ab094106 for 30 mins at room temperature. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 was used for antigen retrieval.
