Recombinant CD3 Antibody (Biotin) (Ab178031) - Flow Cytometry
Flow cytometry analysis of CD3 expression by Jurkat cells (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were stained with Recombinant CD3 Antibody (Biotin) (Ab178031) at 0.4 μg/mL for 1 hour at 4°C. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (Cy5) (rp169047) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Blue - Isotype control. Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
