Recombinant COX IV Antibody (Ab097410) - IF
IF analysis of COX IV (green) in HeLa cells. The cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol for 5 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained Recombinant COX IV Antibody (Ab097410) at 1/500 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (green). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue). Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.

Recombinant COX IV Antibody (Ab097410) - IHC
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of liver tissue labelling COX IV with Recombinant COX IV Antibody (Ab097410) at 1/200. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed using Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0.

Recombinant COX IV Antibody (Ab097410) - Flow Cytometry
Overlay histogram showing HeLa cells stained with Recombinant COX IV Antibody (Ab097410)(Red). The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde (10 min) and then permeabilized with 0.1% TritonX-100 for 15 min. The cells were then incubated in Recombinant COX IV Antibody (Ab097410) (1/1000 dilution) in 1x PBS/1% BSA for 30 min at room temperature. The secondary antibody was used a Goat Anti-Rabbit Alexa Fluor® 488 (IgG H+L) at 1/2000 dilution for 20 min at room temperature. Unlabelled sample (Black) was used as a control.

Recombinant COX IV Antibody (Ab097410) - IP
COX IV was immunoprecipitated from 0.4 mg of HeLa whole cell lysate with Recombinant COX IV Antibody (Ab097410) at 1/50 dilution.
2nd Ab: GAR HRP for IP 1/500

Lane 1: Recombinant COX IV Antibody (Ab097410) IP in HeLa whole cell lysate
Lane 2: PBS instead of Recombinant COX IV Antibody (Ab097410) in HeLa whole cell lysate
Lane 3: HeLa whole cell lysate, 10 μg (input).

Recombinant COX IV Antibody (Ab097410) - IF
IF analysis of COX IV (red) in HeLa cells. The cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol for 5 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with Recombinant COX IV Antibody (Ab097410) at 1/500 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (TRITC) (Ab176448) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue). PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the secondary antibody only control. Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.
