Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human spleen tissue labelling Granzyme B with Recombinant Granzyme B Antibody (Ab106347) at 1/100 dilution. The section was incubated with Ab106347 for 30 mins at room temperature. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 was used for antigen retrieval.
