Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue labelling Lambda Light chain with Recombinant Lambda Light chain Antibody (Ab112610) at 1/200 dilution. The section was incubated with Ab112610 for 30 mins at room temperature. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 was used for antigen retrieval.
