Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue labelling p40 - DeltaNp63 with Recombinant p40 - DeltaNp63 Antibody (Ab119740) at 1/200 dilution. The section was incubated with Ab119740 for 30 mins at room temperature. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 was used for antigen retrieval.
