Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human thyroid tissue labelling PAX8 with Recombinant PAX8 Antibody (Ab120509) at 1/100 dilution. The section was incubated with Ab120509 for 30 mins at room temperature. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 was used for antigen retrieval.
