Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue labelling Syndecan-1 with Recombinant Syndecan-1 Antibody (Ab129994) at 1/100 dilution. The section was incubated with Ab129994 for 30 mins at room temperature. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 was used for antigen retrieval.
