Product Description

Sarilumab is a human immunoglobulin G1 monoclonal antibody. Sarilumab is an antagonist of the interleukin-6 IL-6 receptor. Sarilumab has a high affinity for the IL-6 receptor and inhibits both cis-and trans-signaling of IL-6, reducing inflammation. Sarilumab can be used in rheumatoid arthritis studies.
