Sandwich ELISA - SHBG protein standard curve
SHBG protein was serially diluted 4-fold and captured by SHBG Mouse mAb (Ab005514) coated on a Clear Polystyrene Microplate (W291037). SHBG Mouse mAb (Ab005506) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (np156148).
