5-HT and D 2 -like receptor antagonist. (IC 50 values are 1.6 and 15 nM at 5-HT 2 and 5-HT 1C receptors, respectively. K i values are 0.06 ( D 2 ), 0.6 (D 3 ), 0.08 (D 4 ), ~ 350 (D 1 ) and ~ 3500 nM (D 5 )). Potently enhances intracellular Ca 2+ levels.
