Product Description	AG-18 inhibits EGFR with IC50 of 35 μM. Tyrphostin 23 can be used as a tyrosine kinase inhibitor for studying rat ghrelin-induced MAPK stimulation in GH3 cells. Tyrphostin 23 has also been used to analyze its effects on secretoneurin (SN)-induced chemotaxis of neutrophils。
